Creator Promotional Use

This permission is optional. You can join the marketplace, build a profile, and be found by businesses without granting it. Nothing about your profile changes if you decline.

What you give us permission to do

If you grant it, LivingRGV may display and share your submitted content on its own website and social channels for promotional and editorial purposes, with credit.

This includes the rotating hero on the LivingRGV creators page — the largest and most prominent placement of creator work on the site. We are naming it specifically so that granting this is an informed choice and not a surprise.

What this means if you decline

You cannot be featured in the hero. Hero submission requires this permission, and that is enforced on our servers, not merely hidden in the interface — if you have not granted it, a hero card cannot go live for you.

That is the only consequence. Your profile, your portfolio, your placement in browse and search, and your ability to be contacted by businesses are all unaffected.

What this does not cover

This permission does not include:

• paid advertising;
• sponsored placement;
• content sold or licensed to a third party.

Each of those needs your separate written permission at the time. Granting this one does not grant those.

Changing your mind

Revocable on account closure. We stop new use of your content for promotion.

To be plain about the limit of that: we do not promise to unpublish history. A social post already sent, or printed material already produced, is not recalled. What stops is new use.

If this document changes

We publish a new version rather than editing this one. Every version keeps a permanent address, and the record of your agreement names the exact version you agreed to.
